1. Because you cannot schedule what your body must go through, it is smart to get in sync with your body. Eat proper diet so you can end up your day productive. Do not miss your breakfast. Take your vitamins religiously. Nap at least for 20 minutes in the afternoon.
2. Set your goals and prioritize them. Accomplish them one at a time. Think about the joy and fulfilment accomplishing them could bring you.
3. You may not believe this but it is a smart move to plan your distractions. Determine ahead the amount of your time you are willing to waste for distractions.
4. Make a “nothing to do” list. The list will contain the things you can do when there is nothing left to do.
5. Learn to assign and delegate some tasks to your subordinates. Share your tasks with others, especially those that do not fall under your job description.
