1. Your location does not affect your credit score in any way. Even if your neighborhood is known for people with low credit scores you need not worry. Your credit score is based on how responsible you are with your credit.
2. Any information that pertains to your employment is not used in calculating your credit score, or even in the algorithm. Unemployment cannot affect your credit score too, unless you start missing your payments.
3. Your income cannot affect your credit score in any way. If your lender asks for your income information, it may that your creditor wanted to estimate your mortgage size.
4. In calculating your credit score, age doesn’t matter. The only period of time considered in credit scores is credit history.
5. Your marital status cannot affect your credit score too. Your account and that of your spouse are considered separately, unless you are applying for a joint credit lie.
