1. Writing love notes still has the power to spark love in couples. Just in case you don’t have Shakespeare’s blood running within you, you can begin with 10 beautiful adjectives that describe your partner. They are a wonderful material to “force” a romantic message. After all, it is the thought that really matters.
2. Going out for a date is normal, but celebrating love at home is extra special. You can prepare a breakfast in bed for your partner. Or if you want it to be more romantic, maybe you can consider preparing a special dinner. You can end the time by watching a romantic movie from DVD you have rented that day. After that, you can proceed to a romantic dance together. Inside your room, you offer to massage your partner with aromatic oils that drive the stress away.
3. Volunteer to do your partner’s chores. It is still true that love expressed in actions contains the message of love far better than words do.
4. If you are living in a geographical location with a warm climate, you might consider going out for a family picnic. Sandwiches and a bottle of wine should be able compliment a good scenery, making your day really worthwhile.

7. Rent out a tub and take a bath together. This idea would seem crazy because I don’t even know where to find a bathtub for rent. But if you can realize this idea, it’s a wonderful way to get the day done.
8. Celebrate Valentine’s Day on “another” day. This is good only if both of you hate the idea of getting entangled in a crowded area. So you might as well consider celebrate Valentine’s Day on the 15th when most people are done with their celebrations. You need your partner’s consent if you would consider this suggestion though.
9. Give practical gifts to each other. It must be something that each of you would really love. It can be an item, or a household chore that is neglected because of the busyness of the days.
10. Treat February 14th as unValentine’s Day. Eat in a fastfood and go watch a bad romantic movie. This is a great way to really get unconventional.
